Psychotherapy at Life Re-Created is designed to meet the needs of each specific client. Cathryn Glenday, MPH, MA, LPCC has been trained to identify client needs and designs a treatment plan that is unique for each client. Life Re-Created provides therapy for children, teens, adults and seniors, individuals, families and couples. While the focus of Life Re-Created is provision of disability sensitive psychotherapy for persons who have a sensory or motor disability or a chronic illness, we also provide pregnancy related mental health services during and after birth. Services include individual, couples, and family therapy. Therapy groups are now forming. We see children over age 10 while telehealth only.

Integral Health Promotion
Integral Health Promotion is education to empower individuals and families to eat well, sleep well, develop a regular exercise routine and manage stress. This includes assisting clients to develop healthy relationships to substances including caffeine, alcohol and other recreational substances. For clients with a disability or chronic illness, health education is adapted to meet the need of each specific client. The term "Integral" incorporates body, mind, community and spirit.

Twenty five percent of the US population now meets the ADA criteria for disability. Life Re-Created provides consulting and training for government agencies, businesses, and health care settings to make your services more accessible to individuals who have a disability. Professional CEUs on this topic will be offered in the next year.
