Covid is not over for many New Mexican's with high risk medical conditions. 

Life Re-Created, LLC will continue to provide telehealth services to all

New Mexicans until further notice. Not all insurance policies cover telehealth services since the end of the Public Health Emergency.

All Centennial Care policies will cover telehealth ans telephonic services.

Has life thrown you a challenge requiring you to make changes in how you live your life? Life Re-Created is designed to assist persons with a disability or chronic illness to do, be and belong. Services are also provided during and after pregnancy. Life Re-Created also does individual, couples, families and group therapy for persons who have complex medical needs and their families and support system, when these issues are the focus of treatment.
